About this event
Don't forget to register to vote, and make sure you turn out to have your say on election day.
Even though our ward councilor was acclaimed there is still the choice of deputy mayor to be made by Amherst Islanders. Council members vote on all matters before them, including the deputy mayor, and these matters relate to all areas of the township, including the island. It is important to have your say for deputy mayor on election day.
